Key Responsibilities
1. Client Acquisition & Sales Performance
Develop and manage your own client portfolio
Follow up on company leads and self-generated leads
Conduct consultation sessions (online & offline)
Convert inquiries into confirmed design projects
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Propose suitable design packages based on client needs & budget
2. Design Consultation & Proposal Development
Understand client requirements, lifestyle, and renovation goals
Work with design team to develop concept direction
Present proposals professionally and confidently
Handle objections and close sales effectively
3. Relationship & Brand Building
Build long-term client relationships
Maintain follow-ups and after-sales engagement
Develop referral networks (property agents, developers, homeowners)
Represent the brand professionally in meetings and site visits
4. Project Coordination
Ensure smooth handover to design & project team
Monitor project progress from sales perspective
Handle client feedback and resolve issues professionally
Job Requirements & Skills
Minimum 1–2 years in sales / interior design / property related industry preferred
Fresh graduates with strong passion and confidence are welcome
Strong communication and presentation skills
Customer service oriented with positive working attitude
Confident, outgoing, energetic and self-motivated
Ability to handle pressure and achieve targets
Able to work independently and in a fast-paced environment
Technical Advantage (Optional but Preferred)
Basic knowledge in AutoCAD, 3Ds Max, Vray, Photoshop, Illustrator
Understanding of interior design workflow is an advantage

INTERIOR DESIGNER (JUNIOR)
Minimum (1-2 year working experience)
-Undertake design project from concept to completion
-Define project requirements and schedule during the “brief”
-Interpret and translate customer needs into rough plans
-Set costs and project fees according to budget
-Research and decide on materials and products sourcing
-Produce “sample” and “mood products”
-Supervise work progress
-Work closely with designers, decorators, architects and constructors
-Research and follow industry changes, evolutions and best practises
Job requirement and skills-
-Proven working experience in decorating interior spaces (consultations, renovations, space planning and new constructions)
-Expertise in layout, colour, lighting, materials selection, custom furniture and all installations.
-Proficient in AutoCAD, 3D Max, Photoshop, Illustrator or other design programs
-Excellent portfolio of previous works
-Creative talent, imagination and eye for design
-Communication and presentation skills
-Project management skills
-BS degree in Interior Design or similar

VACANCY
INTERIOR DESIGNER (INTERN)
-Assist our interior designers preparing all related drawings inclusive of 3D visuals, 2D autocad drawings
-Presentation liaising with all company’s project
-Ensuring efficiency and quality of work output.
-Overall responsible for all design aspect of the job / project assigned.
-Good attitude and willing to learn
Job requirement and skills-
-The student required to mastered in software skills such as Autocad, Photoshop and Mircosoft.
-A letter from University or College are required.
-Required to work under the supervision of our interior designers for liaise with clients on project drawings and attend presentations and to attend meetings related to all company’s projects.
